(More customer reviews)I made the mistake of purchasing a "quality" AAW Door 6 months ago. The door was properly installed, stained and sealed by professional a contractor and tradesperson. Within a few weeks of purchasing the door it has grossly separated all around the molding and joints. It looks awful and you can see the compound/glue that they use to assemble the door. The separation around the door knocker area is 1/3" and the joints on the brick molding are separated as well. AAW has refused to come out to repair the door, they have deplorable customer service and their doors are complete garbage!!! I have had several door specialists look at the door and they determined that it is simply poor workmanship and I have pictures that support the condition of the door. Despite offering AAW the opportunity to repair the door as it is under warranty they have neglected to do so...
