(More customer reviews)Bought two of these so when tenants move out I don't have to change the locks; instead, I change the door codes. Works great, although I had to email customer support to install properly because I just "didn't get it" with the instructions. They were extremely helpful, knew immediately the problem and gave clear instructions for how to correct. But if I had read directions closer instead of reading into it what I thought it said, the problem would not have existed.
