(More customer reviews)I actually purchased 2 of these at my local hardware store... good products. the finish and action of the lever is great... I did have one problem with one of them though...it actually re-keyed itself after about 2-3 months of use! Because I no longer had the receipts I just started leaving it unlocked when I was not at home... I called customer service today- explained the situation. They are sending me out a new lock cylinder pretty much no questions asked- I think I was on the phone all of 2 minutes. So if you have an issue, don't hesistate to call them!
