(More customer reviews)This is the worst lock ever. We had not expected any problems from such a reputable brand. Once the dead bolt was in, we shut the door, turned the lock, heard a snap, and the dead bolt is stuck in the locked position. WE CANT GET IT OUT! Of course its a holiday, so no one is open for customer support. No idea how the dead bolt is going to come out.
