(More customer reviews)I really like this hardware set, but it came in a plain box that is probably used to send to commercial distributors for their installers to use, so it didn't have any jazzy packaging (no big deal). It was missing a screw and washer and I went to Lowes and they happily helped me find the pieces to replace the missing ones. They apparently thought I had purchased the hardware set from them. ?? It all worked out in the end!
